Eric
Product & Program Management (and lots of other cool stuff)
We've known Eric for nearly 10 years, and he has been working with us through our Maple Street Advisory division since we started it back in 2018. The best way we can describe what Eric brings to the table is pretty easy... we've always expressed the importance at Maple Street Advisory of what we consider one of our most critical consulting ideologies - an average consultant is an unemployed consultant, if a client wanted singles and doubles they'd just keep doing it themselves... we get brought in to hit triples and homeruns. When it comes to product and program management, we consider Eric our clean-up hitter!
Through Maple Street Advisory he has helped clients develop products, manage programs and projects, and realize operational efficiencies. He has also coached numerous organizations interested in following one of the many agile frameworks and processes which have become so popular in the last 20 years. He knows the pain so many companies have experienced while trying to move away from waterfall processes and towards a framework better aligned with an agile mindset without proper coaching and support channels in place. Eric will never leave you hanging with a line like "it is up to the team to figure out." He will work with you to figure out how to get the most out of your unique organization.

Some of the other aforementioned cool stuff...
Eric also possesses a wide ranging set of "other" skills. Here are a few things he has done that fall into the "other" bucket. If anything catches your eye he is happy to help in these areas as well!
• Participated on a Gil Hanse restoration of a classic Donald Ross golf course. He didn't walk around with a clipboard either; Eric spent most days with a shovel in hand or operating heavy equipment, moving dirt and finding ways to help get things done.
• Designed and built a three season addition on the back of his house, which of course includes multi-zone surround sound and a 65 inch TV.
• Grooms ski trails at Wachusett Mountain on Thursday afternoons in the winter - snowboarding has always been a hobby, so this was a natural extension of that.
• Planned a 650 kW solar field for a local company who owned the right land and could fully take advantage of tax benefits to make it a cash flow positive project from day one.
